Oracle Sink plugin throws error "ORA-28009: connection as SYS should be as SYSDBA or SYSOPER"

Description

Repro Connector json and Pipeline json are attached. Sink uses the connector and the sysdba option is checked in the connector config.

Fixed an issue where pipelines that had a Database batch source and an Oracle sink that used a connection object (using SYSDBA) to connect to an Oracle database failed to establish a connection to the Oracle database. This was due to a package conflict between the Database batch source and the Oracle sink plugins.
