Pipeline Detail view: When the pipeline has never been started, the pipeline summary view is misleading.
Description
When a pipeline has been published, but never started, the Summary tab displays 'No history so far'. This message is misleading and should be changed to 'This pipeline has not been run so far.'
couple of additional questions:
1. in such situation, the status is STOPPED. Is this accurate? should be be 'NOT STARTED'? - It should be "Deployed"
2. see attached, 'Next Run' field is left blank. Should this also be N/A? - We are using '--' in the list view, let's stick to that.

Also, another minor issue - see in the attached
, the History and Summary boxes don't perfectly align at the bottom. Its off by a couple of pixels. Can we fix this too?
I don't think the history and summary boxes are meant to align. If you have a fair amount of runs, the history box will expand vertically.
