Suppose that a user attempts to reach the HTTP endpoint of a user service, but the service is either not running or just not discoverable. CDAP Router will log the following stacktrace. This is too verbose, and likely, just a simple 1-line log line would suffice. Even that may be too verbose, and instead a metric should be incremented.
