Logging HTTP RESTful API v3 will not download system logs
Description
We are suppose to be able to download system logs using (either v2 or v3 APIs):
v2 works, v3 doesn't.
The available logs can be seen at:
and then you can substitute for "appfabric" in the above.

Looks like we're missing a v3 routing rule for system logs.
