Canceling Kafka add connector gives error page

DESCRIPTION
Closing the Kafka add connection popover using the "X" button causes a full-page error
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Closing the popover should return to the Wrangler UI
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
A full-page error with the message "Cannot read property 'host' of undefined"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go into Wrangler
2. Open the connection panel
3. Click "Add Connection" and choose Kafka
4. Click the "X" button in the top right of the popover
