Jump to any step freely when modifying the replicator draft

if user want to just modify one of the draft step, they don't have to go through every step that they don't want to change. For example, when I am to deploy the replicator , I was told that pipeline name already existed, so I go back to the first step to change the name, then I should be able to jump to the last step to deploy the pipeline instead go through every step again.
