Modifying joiner input messes up in-memory setting

Description

To reproduce:

1. Setup a pipeline with 2 inputs into a joiner and configure the in-memory stage to one of the inputs.

2. Remove one of the inputs and instead connect a different input

3. The in-memory stage setting doesn't get wiped out and carries the old name in it. It ends up displaying as ',[new input]', and sends '[old input],[new input]' to the backend.
