Pipeline studio and wrangler services always show up with a red status on the System Admin page in a kubernetes setup. This is even when the services are alive and well.
In the app-fabric logs, I see:
This means there is something wrong with the runtime service, where it is incorrectly reporting back to the RunRecordCorrector that the pod is not there.
Actually, the services were down, it is correctly reflecting the state.
If the system app service was removed while app-fabric is not running, the run record would be wrong and need run record corrector to fix it after 5 minutes. This affect automatic startup of the system app service on app-fabric startup, making those service not available (e.g. wrangler, pipeline studio) to be used.
We should instead have a service to keep monitoring and making sure system app service is always running instead of only do it at the bootstrap time.
