Cannot export system compute profile from the namespaces page

Description

Attempting to export a system compute profile from the Namespace detail page returns an error saying the profile was not found.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to System Admin > Configuration then click on the default namespace under the Namespaces tab.
2. Attempt to export a system level compute profile (ex. Default Dataproc provision)
