Remove provided dropdown for runtime arguments in preview
Description
We removed provided checkbox to optionally mark a runtime argument that it will be provided during pipeline execution but we didn't remove it from preview runs.
Release Notes
Fixed an issue where there was leftover table header (Provided) for runtime arguments in preview.

Was removed as part of the effort where we replaced the old runtime arguments component with the new one.
