Pipeline Summary - User should be able to click on every data point to inspect a pipeline run + visual treatment for metrics charts on hover

Description

Currently, a specific pipeline run can be seen only by clicking a data point in the "Run History" chart. As a CDAP user, I should be able to click on a data point and view the relative run, regardless if the data point is part of Run History, Log Errors and Warnings, Records In, and Records Out.
Acceptance Criteria

  • The user views a particular pipeline run by clicking on data points/histograms displayed on any charts.

  • The data point/histogram changes color on hover: The outline stroke turns yellow hex #FFD500, 4px thick (position outside)

  • The info modeless is moved away from data point (currently it overlaps the data point). Please note that the position of the modeless in Logs Errors and Warning seem to be ok.

  • Add an outline of 1 px hex #999999 around the info modeless

This currently works, although not completely as expected. Things to be fixed/implemented:

  1. Move the info popover away from the dot.

  2. Any styling changes to the dot recommended in the description

  3. Clicking on a row in the table view should go to the run.

However, none of these are critical for 6.0, although 3. would definitely be nice. Moving this out to a later release.
